Experience the convenience of online coaching with Pro Rider Fitness, no matter where you are in the world or the UK. Frankie provides tailored, one-to-one sessions to help you achieve your personal equestrian health and fitness goals. Our step-by-step approach ensures your progress is both achievable and enjoyable.

Getting Started With Pro Rider Fitness

Health and Fitness Consultations

​

Phase 1 – Health and Fitness Consultation: We begin with a full discussion of your history and goals, conducting a thorough holistic review covering exercise, nutrition, sleep, and mindset/stress management. We also perform a health check, including basic markers such as weight, waist-to-hip ratio, fat mass, muscle density, blood pressure, heart rate, and lung capacity.

 

Phase 2 – Fitness and Flexibility Consultation: We establish baseline fitness levels through comprehensive fitness testing and flexibility checks. Our protocols can be tailored for standard clients or adapted to our equestrian athlete testing, similar to jockey club and national team standards.

 

The information from Phases 1 and 2 is combined to design your personalized Pro Rider Fitness plan with Frankie, ensuring maximum long-term gains from a holistic perspective.
