“I have been competing in eventing on the international stage for around 30yrs, and what a journey it has been. I still have a love for the sport and the training of horses. The sport is now at such a high standard, every aspect is crucial to help you to deliver your best results. Now I am one of the oldest guys competing at the highest level of the sport, it is imperative that my fitness levels don’t slip.
So to that end, I have teamed up with Frankie Fitness? Since starting, Frankie has explained things really well, and with Frankie being a horse person, she really gets all the moving parts of an equestrian lifestyle. She has already given me lots of great workouts and dietary advice.
All I can say, I am already looking forward to next year and the benefits of being stronger, suppler and healthier, my horses I think will totally agree with me as well.
